
Yoga adds years to your life, and life to your years..
Students and Teachers at BIIS celebrated International Yoga Day with great joy. Students were excited to participate in the Virtual Yoga Sessions conducted by the teachers.
Warm up and breathing exercises, meditation, different yoga postures and standing asanas were demonstrated to students by teachers. Through videos teachers enlightened the children about the benefits of Yoga and the need to remain healthy and fit.
Principal Ms. Asha Shiju encouraged the children to practice regular yoga and motivated them to make it an important part of their life.
