Brilliant Indian International School proudly celebrated India’s 78th Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit. The celebrations began at 7:00 AM with the hoisting of the national flag by Principal, Ms. Asha Shiju followed by the singing of the Indian national anthem, which filled the atmosphere with pride.
The celebration had a variety of cultural performances that included speech and song by students and dance by staff highlighting the importance of freedom. The school conducted online competitions where students showcased their talents through patriotic rangolis and family pictures in tricolour .Ms. Ameena anchored the programme confidently.
The Principal, Ms. Asha Shiju delivered an inspiring speech, emphasizing the need for youth in contributing to the progress of the country and play vital role as responsible citizens in nation’s prosperity. She appreciated activity coordinator Ms. Shatadipa and team for the well coordinated event. The celebrations concluded with the distribution of refreshments.
