World Earth Day is celebrated on 22nd April to raise awareness about environmental issues and encourage young learners to take action to protect planet Earth.
Brilliant Indian International School celebrated World Earth Day on 2nd May by conducting a special assembly by Grade 5 students guided by class teacher Ms. Reshma. The assembly began with the Islamic Prayer and school prayer followed by thought for the day, news reading and speech on the significance of the day. The highlight of the day was the informative presentation by students about conservation methods adopted by Qatar. All students took an oath to preserve Planet Earth.
Students from Kindergarten to Grade VI under the guidance of Eco Club In charge Ms. Reshma and Activity coordinator Ms. Shatadipa enjoyed the various Go Green & Save Green art and craft activities.
