Brilliant Indian International School celebrated the Kindergarten Graduation Day on 9th March. Children marching with pride wearing their graduation robes and caps along with their teachers, guest for the day, principal and Admin Officer added a special touch to the event. The chief guest for the day was Ms. Anjana Menon (Director Administration, Bhavans Public School) and the guest of honour was Ms. Prathibha Ramesh (Storyteller). In their address they shared their words of wisdom and encouraged the kids to believe in themselves and practice positive affirmations.
The programme began with the Islamic prayer followed by the school prayer. Students enacted learning is fun by sharing their fun filled two years of journey at kindergarten. The stage came alive with the energy and enthusiasm of young singers and dancers as they showcased their talent and creativity. The highlight of the event was the sustainability fashion show promising a greener future. The scroll ceremony symbolized the completion of kindergarten and readiness for the next phase of their academic journey. The gratitude speech was delivered by Shevina Kartic on behalf of KG 2 students. Ms. Mehnaz with pride and love shared her experience as a teacher with young learners. Parents too shared their experience and appreciated BIIS team. The anchors for the day were the confident young speakers Shaza Amirah and Manha Shuaib of Kindergarten. The teacher anchors for the day were Ms. Jasmine and Ms. Muhsina. The vote of thanks was proposed by Ms. Noufiya.
Principal Ms. Asha Shiju congratulated the little graduates and appreciated the support given by parents in their child’s learning. In her message she persuaded students to remember the lessons learned and the values taught. She congratulated the Activity and Academic Coordinators, teachers and support staff for their coordination and hard work to make the event joyous and memorable.
